Le zinc …et les autres

One of the first dinners out after I moved into Amsterdam – it must have been May 3rd or 4th 2012, followed by other visits with friends and colleagues.

The environment is really cool,  you can either dine at the ground floor or climb up on squeaky stairs to find yourself into a spacious original 17th century room with a lot of character.  The cuisine is self-proclaimed French, or rather French-inspired, with great food and a really good choice of wines. The atmosphere is warm and the service is very attentive – which is a plus.  Price-wise, it is on the expensive side of the spectrum, but worth it once in a while. Featured in the Michelin Guide 2012.

(Damn, I will need to buy the new one if I am gonna take this thing seriously!).
